Raymond M. Chang
Most Worshipful Raymond M. Chang was born to a Catholic family in Tientsin, China, on April 12, 1939. He is the first son of the late Dr. and Mrs. Chung Hsin Chang. He was educated in Tientsin, Hongkong and Taipei. In 1962, he graduated form National Taiwan University, Taipei, with a Bachelor of Arts in Law degree. Bro. Raymond’s profession is in the field of international trade. His service record includes ten years with China Gulf Plastics Corp. & three years with Asia Polymer Corp.. His present position is the Traffic & G. A. Manager of Taiwan Polypropylene Co., Ltd.
Dr. C.H. Chang was also known as Worshipful C. H. Chàng, whose mother Lodge was Hykes Memorial Lodge, Massachusetts Jurisdiction, and then affiliated to Sun Lodge No.6 when resided in Taiwan, and was elected Worshipful Master of Sun Lodge for the year of 1961-1962. Due to his recommendation, Bro. Raymond has the opportunity to knock on the door of Sun Lodge No. 6 in 1959, immediately after his 21st birthday, and raised to the sublime degree of Master Mason on Jan. 1, 1960. Under the paternal guidance, he studied & worked both very diligently in Masonry and went through the station as Stewards, Deacons, Treasurer, Wardens and became elected Worshipful Master of his Mother Lodge for the year 1967-68 at his age of twenty-nine years old, being the youngest Worshipful master of this jurisdiction. His installation was conducted by his father, and then he installed his father as the Secretary of the Lodge. In 1978, he was elected Worshipful Master to Han Lodge No. 8, to which he has served six years as secretary from the very beginning, of which is also a charter member.
He commenced his service to this Grand Lodge from the year of 1970. Since 1973, he has held a series of elective officers to move progressively upward in the stations to his election of the Grand East on Oct. 24, 1981.
In addition to his zealous works in Blue Lodge, Most Worshipful Raymond was admitted into the Taipei Bodies, Scottish Rite, Southern Jurisdiction, USA. In their Spring Conferral of 1974. His service record in Scottish Rite is as follow: 1977 Wise Master of Taipei Chapter of Rose Croix, 1979 Master of Taipei Consistory, 1980 Venerable Master of Taipei Lodge of Perfection and was elected Almoner in 1981. In 1987, he was decorated Knight Commander Court of Honor(KCCH), and in 1983, he was elected an Honorary Inspector General of the Supreme Council 33.
Most Worshipful Raymond Chang join Afifi Temple of the shrine during Afifi’s pilgrimage to Taipei in 1978 and is concurrently a member of the Ali Shan Oasis Shrine Club, Taipei. He is one of the Chapter of David Au Chapter No.1, Royal Arch Mason.
He also hold the membership of the Yangmingshan Chapter No. 5, Order of Eastern Star, and elected Worthy Patron for 1976-79, which also enabled him render his excellent service as Rainbow Dad to Yangmingshan Assembly, International Order of a Rainbow for Girls, whereas the Grand Cross of Color was presented to him by the Supreme Assembly International Order of the Rainbow for girl. He is also a member of Taipei Square and Compass Club.
Most Worshipful Raymond M. Chang is married to the former Miss Malina Kan, and they have two sons Jimmy and Jack.

總會長張敏尊兄
（1981–1983）
張敏尊兄於1939年4月12日出生於中國天津的天主教家庭。他是已故張忠信博士夫婦的長子。他曾在天津、香港和台北接受教育。1962年，他畢業於台北國立台灣大學，獲得法學學士學位。張敏尊兄從事國際貿易工作。他曾在中國海灣塑膠公司工作十年，在亞洲聚合物公司工作三年。現任台灣聚丙烯股份有限公司交通及總務經理。
張忠信博士也是美生兄弟，其母廬為美國麻州總會轄下位於北京市的海克斯紀念廬，旅居台灣時聯籍至申廬第六分會，並於1961-1962年度當選申廬會長。由於張忠信兄弟的引薦，張敏尊兄於1959年，也就是他21歲生日後，加入申廬，並於1960年1月1日晉升為工師美生。在父親的指導下，他勤奮學習美生會，歷任司事、司客、司庫、會監等職務，並於1967-1968年度當選為母廬申廬會長，當時年僅29歲，是當時中國美生總會最年輕的會長。他的就職典禮由父親張忠信誼兄主持，隨即又由他為父親就職為會廬司書。1978年，他被選為漢廬第八會所的會長，並從就擔任了六年的司書，他也是漢廬的創始成員之一。
他從1970年開始為總會所服務，自1973年以來，他擔任了一系列的選任職員，並逐步晉升，直至1981年10月24日當選為總會長。
除了在藍廬的積極工作外，張敏尊兄會長於1974年春季聚會中加入台北慈修會。他在慈修會的服務記錄如下：1977年任玫瑰十字會台北分會會長，1979年任台北宗教法庭會長，1980年任台北慈修會會長，並於1981年當選為慈善長。1987年，獲頒美南慈修總會榮譽Knight Commander of Court of Honor級位 (KCCH)，1983年，他被選為最高委員會第33屆名譽監察長。
張敏尊兄於1978年慈壇社阿菲菲組來台北開會期間加入，同時他也是台北阿里山綠洲慈壇社樂部的成員。他是大衛區第一分會的成員之一，皇家拱門美生會會員。
他是東方之星陽明山第五分會會員，並被選為1976-79年度的會長。他曾擔任陽明山總會的“彩虹爸爸”，並獲得國際女子彩虹勳章，並榮獲最高大會頒發的“國際女子彩虹勳章”大十字勳章。他也是台北方圓會俱樂部的成員。
張敏尊兄的妻子是前瑪莉娜·坎女士，育有兩個兒子，吉米和傑克。
