George J.B. Liu
Most Worshipful Brother George J.B. Liu was born on February 4, 1928, in Ping-Yuan, Shangtung Province. As the youngest son of the late General Cheng-yuen Liu, whose career induced his two elder sons to join the Army during the war years, so was Brother Liu to be admitted in the Military Academy in 1944. Having served twenty-five years in the Army, Brother Liu has earned eleven medals on distinguished services and heroic actions, and retired with honor in 1972 at the rank of Colonel.
A new career in industries began in 1972, when Brother Liu was offered the position of Manager, Industrial Relations Operations in RCA Taiwan Limited. During which time, Brother Liu had the privilege to see the light of Masonry and was regularly initiated in Liberty Lodge No 7 in 1972, on April 14, passed on May 12, and raised on June 9. Two years later, Brother Liu was elected the Worshipful Master of his mother Lodge; and eight years after his Mastership, he is duly elected the Most Worshipful Grand Master of Masons in China.
Brother Liu has been married to the former Miss Yu Yen for thirty-four years as of this year. Their elder son, Scott, and son-in-law, Jimmy Tai, both hold Ph.D. degrees; their daughter, Eva, and daughter-in-law, Judy, hold Master’s degrees; and the youngest son, Frank, is an engineer and continuing on academic advancement.
Brother Liu is a veteran, a scholar, and most proudly, a Mason.

總會長劉既白尊兄
（1983–1984）
劉既白尊兄於1928年2月4日出生於山東省平原縣。他是已故Cheng-yuen Liu將軍的小兒子，在戰爭年代，Cheng-yuen Liu將軍的兩個大兒子也因軍旅生涯參軍入伍，劉既白尊兄也於1944年考入軍事學院。劉弟兄在軍隊服役25年，憑藉卓越的服務和英勇行為獲得了11枚獎章，並於1972年以上校軍銜光榮退役。
1972年，劉既白尊兄開始了他的工業生涯，當時他被任命為RCA台灣有限公司工業關係營運經理。在此期間，劉弟兄有幸看到了美生會的光芒，並於1972年4月14日在自由廬第7分會入會，5月12日轉化，6月9日提昇為工師美生。兩年後，劉既白尊兄被選為自由廬會長；在他擔任會長八年後，他被正式選為中國美生總會總會長。
劉既白尊兄與Yu Yen女士結婚至今已三十四年。他們的長子Scott和女婿Jimmy Tai都擁有博士學位；女兒Eva和媳婦Judy擁有碩士學位；小兒子Frank是工程師，正在繼續深造。
劉既白尊兄是一位退伍軍人、一位學者，更讓他引以為傲的是，他是美生兄弟。
